The Art of Awareness and Attention

Meditation and Mindfullness Practice are lying at the core of Yoga, though they are often overlooked in modern Yoga.

In this series we will look at these pracitces, as they are taught in the ancient Yogaphilosophy. We will draw from the teachings of the Yogasūtra, the Bhagavad Gītā and other sourcetexts to get a clear understandig about what Meditation and Awareness really mean and how they are applied on the mat and beyond.

You will get a practical approach to mindfulness practice and meditation in the context of Yoga and you will learn

  • to understand Meditation and Awarenes as universal principles and a natural process,

  • how mindfulness and meditation bring ease and lightness to your life,

  • how to open up a space of freedom
